  Adds a bounded 4 GiB RPC cache with configurable capacity, free-space reserve, pruning cadence, and memory-only operation.

  Large receipt sets can now be aggregated in deterministic batches with durable per-hash progress and running totals, allowing processed receipt and log payloads to be released without losing resumability.
